Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website (growthengine.partners) is operated by Woofy OÜ, trading as Growth Engine Partners, registered in Estonia. Contact: hello@growthengine.partners.

2. What we collect

  • Contact data you submit via forms or email (name, email, phone, company, message).
  • Booking data when you schedule a strategy call (selected time, contact details).
  • Usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referrer.
  • Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function, plus analytics cookies where permitted.

3. Why we process it

  • To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
  • To schedule and prepare strategy calls.
  • To improve the website, content and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax).

Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and legal obligations.

4. Who has access

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us operate the service — hosting, email, analytics, scheduling and CRM tools — under data processing agreements. Data may be processed within the EU/EEA and, where applicable, in third countries under appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry and booking data is retained for as long as we have an active relationship, and up to 3 years after the last contact unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. 7 years for accounting records). Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email hello@growthengine.partners. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption, access controls and trusted infrastructure providers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
