Kalevala House
Building a sales system for premium garden cellar houses.

The challenge
A premium product, hand-crafted in Estonia, with growing demand and a strong brand.
But: every quote was built manually. Pricing knowledge lived in one person's head. Inquiries arrived through Facebook and were tracked in an inbox. Lead-to-quote turnaround was slow and inconsistent — and good leads were going cold.
The product was ready to scale. The sales system wasn't.
The approach
Instead of one big project, we structured the work as a four-stage Growth Engine. Each stage is independently valuable, and Kalevala can stop or extend at any point. Stage 1 is live work today; Stage 2 is next.
What we're building
Stage 1 — Sales-ready website
In progressBranded homepage, product catalogue, model detail pages with specs and dimensions, About and Contact pages, lead capture and mobile-first build. The first asset Kalevala can confidently send any buyer to.
Stage 2 — Pricing & quote generator
NextAn internal tool that captures Kalevala's full pricing logic — models, dimensions, options, transport, installation, extras — and outputs a branded PDF quote with payment plan in minutes instead of hours. This is the unlock.
Stage 3 — Sales process & CRM
PlannedEvery website inquiry, Facebook lead and direct contact lands in one pipeline. Instant auto-responses. Defined funnel. The owner sees the whole picture.
Stage 4 — Sales partnership
PlannedOnce the system is live, we run sales alongside Kalevala — handling inquiries, calls and quotes — until the in-house team is ready to take it fully.
Why this matters
Kalevala's story is the story of most quality manufacturers we meet. The product is great. The marketing is okay. The bottleneck is the sales system — and that's where a Growth Engine pays for itself.
